Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure This Weekend

The 20th Annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure is this Sunday, May 13, 2012 in Schenley Park. The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Series, the largest series of 5k runs/fitness walks in the world, raises significant funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer, celebrates breast cancer survivorship and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease. You can run the 5k competitive course, walk or run the 5k non-competitive route or walk the 1 mile fun walk with a team or as an individual.

Good luck to everyone participating in the Pittsburgh Marathon on Sunday. Roads will be shut down around the city, so be sure to check for road closures before you go out this weekend!
